I have been attending Jessica's classes with the same group of women for five years. Jessica is a fabulous example of an expert Pilates teacher. She understands anatomy and movement. She makes the classes challenging and I feel as though I have had a thorough workout after each class. I highly recommend her Zoom Pilates classes as a way of continuing the work through and beyond the pandemic.

Group Classes  

Find camaraderie, and a budget-friendly way to prioritize self-care,

  • 55-minute Online Group Classes are designed with your home exercise environment in mind.
  • Exercise with props that you already have at home (for example: towels, soup cans and a chair).
  • Work your whole body with stretching, strengthening and stabilization exercises performed while standing, sitting and lying down on the mat.
  • Adapt exercises to your individual body with optional modifications.
  • Enjoy the sense of camaraderie that comes with sharing a group experience.

Online Group Class Schedule
Mondays, 9-9:55am (PST): Mat & Home Props
Start your week with a centering and invigorating class using simple props that you have at home. Pilates and functional training exercises strengthen, stretch and stabilize your body in this flowing, 55-minute class. All you need are:
  • a mat (or folded blanket)
  • a pillow
  • a pair of 1-2 lb dumbbells (soup cans or water bottles also work well)
  • strap or band for stretching (kitchen towel, long scarf or a belt also work well)
All levels are welcome and modifications are offered in order to make the exercises less, or more, challenging.

In-Person Group Class Schedule
Tuesdays, 12-1pm: Pilates Mat & Resistance Band Class
at Vintage House in Sonoma, CA
This weekly, full-body workout is designed to support the longevity of healthy movement. Pilates mat and resistance band exercises build overall strength, flexibility, posture and core support, while integrating mindful breathing. Open to all levels. Modifications are offered in order to make the exercises less, or more, challenging. Classes will be indoors and well-ventilated.

Required Props:
  • Exercise mat (or folded blanket)
  • Flat resistance band (light and/or medium resistance). Bring your own, or purchase a red Theraband from the instructor for $5.​
