Winter Pilates Retreat with Jessica Fudim
in-person at Vintage House in Sonoma, CA Saturday, January 31, 2026 10am-2pm What does your beautiful, unique body need in order to move through the world with more comfort, joy, and confidence in the new year and beyond? In Vintage House’s Winter Pilates Retreat, Pilates instructor Jessica Fudim, guides you through exercise sessions that will bring more balance to your whole body: strengthening and stretching where you need it, freeing what is bound, and stabilizing with ease.
Participants will exercise on the mat, with props, and while standing. We will integrate the Pilates approach into your walking body, and take time for moments of reflection and conversation that will help you set short and long-term goals for your Pilates practice. The four-hour retreat is paced to optimize your energy and nourish your body, with a morning coffee/tea break and a fresh, locally-sourced, lunch (includes vegetarian options). All levels are welcome, and modifications are offered in order to make the exercises less, or more, challenging. Enrollment is limited in order to provide a more personalized experience.
