Jessica is an excellent Pilates trainer. I have personally struggled with a number of physical challenges and disabilities and Jessica has tailored the Pilates exercises to fit my own individual needs and goals- to help me build strength, flexibility and balance while preventing injury. With Jessica's guidance I have a very good and creative home exercise program, with enough variety to keep it interesting. She has a wealth of knowledge about anatomy and rehabilitation, and has helped me integrate better posture and functional movement into my daily activities. Her warmth, compassion and intuition infuse each training session. I encourage you not to pass up a chance to work with her.

Jessica is a fantastic Pilates teacher! I have worked with her for over 5 years, and I am so glad she is continuing to offer virtual classes. Her classes are always varied and give us many different ways to work out at a good pace. Her own beautiful performance of the exercises inspires me to try harder. Jessica gives very good prompts and gentle corrections, and she is sensitive to individual needs (such as prior injuries.) She is always clear and encouraging, and I love her ready smile!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jessica for a lot of years, both in the studio and online. I don’t know how she does it, but she understands how bodies work and what can almost effortlessly be done to make them feel better. She’s on a first-name basis with all your muscles. Best of all, she’s one of the kindest, nonjudgmental, unpretentious people I know.

Working with Jessica is transformative. I come away from each session with a renewed sense of my own strength and physical integrity and can't wait for the next one.

Jessica is attentive, thoughtful, and super knowledgeable. She radiates warmth and helps you to access your own intuition regarding how your body moves, with gentle cueing and endless positive energy. She’s taught me so many exercises but also has taught me the power of a smile. I highly recommend working with Jessica!!

Posture, balance, and flexibility were my Pilates goals with Jessica, and for eight years, she always delivered well-planned, tightly-structured programs which have enabled me to continue to hike the rocky trails and walk the hilliest golf courses in the East Bay.

I first began working with Jessica Fudim at an in-person class of four women, about five years ago. Jessica was always mindful of my stature relative to the springs and weights we were using in class. As a result of adjustments made, I was able to perform the routines correctly and grew strength and confidence over time.
I have been attending Jessica’s Pilates Zoom classes with the same four women since the pandemic. As a group we decided that if Jessica would host the class, we all wanted to continue the work we had been doing in the studio. As is always the case, Jessica is aware of each woman in the class and the particular issues she may have. She demonstrates the movements and then modifications are offered to individual participants to avoid the risk of injury or discomfort as needed.
Jessica is a fabulous example of an expert Pilates teacher. She understands anatomy and movement. She makes the classes challenging and I feel as though I have had a thorough workout after each class. I highly recommend her Zoom Pilates classes as a way of continuing the work through and beyond the pandemic.

I am a 71 year old woman who has been doing Pilates for more than 10 years; the last 2 or 3 years with Jessica. Jessica is a kind, knowledgeable trainer who thoroughly knows anatomy and is very good at working with those of us who have injuries from past and present experiences. I feel very blessed to be working with her.

Jessica is a gifted Pilates teacher. I have been in small reformer Pilates classes with Jessica for more than six years. I appreciate her creative programs for each class that rotate through all levels of conditioning and strengthening in a progression over a series of lessons. Now that we are doing virtual classes we use balls, straps, rollers etc. in our own spaces. Jessica has created both live and recorded Zoom classes that make me feel better every day. She gives excellent and clear verbal directions as we go, even when we aren't looking directly at the camera. Jessica focuses on the whole body for strength, agility, balance and well-being.

She is very knowledgeable about Pilates and has been practicing it as a master for long enough that her knowledge is not only from the book, but intuitive and from the body. She is very pleasant and amiable and fun to work with; not only a good instructor, but a subtle and thoughtful listener as well. If you have a chance to work with her, don't pass it up. Your health, spirits and attitudes will thank you.
